Jennifer Saavedra, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA

  • Since 2001, Jennifer has been using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to teach children and young adults with autism and other developmental disabilities in home, school and community settings. While attending Texas State University, Jennifer was an in-home therapist for families with responsibilities from curriculum development to treatment management and school consultations. She was also a special education teacher for children with autism and currently works as an autism specialist in the public schools.

    As a consulting behavior analyst, Jennifer specializes in teaching children with autism and other developmental disabilities beginning communication to conversation and social language skills; pre-academic and academic skills; and social skills. She also enjoys teaching others about effective teaching procedures, the science of Applied Behavior Analysis, and program development and management. Jennifer is able to teach others through workshops for educators and parents and as an Academic Associate at Arizona State University.

    Jennifer also provides supervision for BCBA/BCaBA candidates and ongoing supervision for BCaBAs.

Michelle Khatwani, M.A., BCBA, LBA

  • Michelle is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and special education teacher who has worked with children with special needs, including those on the Autism Spectrum, since 1999 as both a special e.i  While attending the University of Texas at Austin, she worked with children with severe medical and developmental disabilities from ages 0 to 3 with Travis County MHMR, developing curriculum lessons and handling the medical needs of the children.​

    ​Since 2000, Michelle has been a special education teacher in Leander Independent School District and has worked with children on the Autism Spectrum.  She has conducted functional behavior assessments, assessed students using the ABLLS and VB-MAPP, and developed interventions for students based on the curriculum.  During this time, Michelle has also supported parents as an in-home therapist to help facilitate generalization of skills from school to home.

    ​Michelle also provides supervision for BCBA/BCaBA candidates and ongoing supervision for BCaBAs.

Cyndi O’Toole, Ph.D., BCBA-D, LBA

  • Cyndi is a special educator and Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) with 20 + years working in public education, adult education, and the private sector. Cyndi specializes in parent collaboration and support, understanding educator knowledge and use of evidence-based practices, and working with children who have autism. Cyndi is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others. Cyndi is inspired daily by her husband and their two sons. Cyndi likes to hike, read, and spend time with her family in her free time.

Erica Baumann, M.A., BCBA, LBA

  • Erica graduated from Pepperdine University in 2002 with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She continued on at San Diego State University to obtain her Master's of Arts degree in Psychology in 2004. She has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2001, as a behavior therapist, Supervisor and most recently as a Clinical Manager. Erica joined the ABA Spectrum team in April 2022 as the assistant clinical director and BCBA.

Michelle Martinez, M.A., BCaBA, LABA

  • Michelle received a B.S. in Psychology in 2011 from Troy University. After graduation, she worked as a behavior therapist in Clarksville, TN. In 2013, she moved to Texas and worked as a behavior technician while taking Applied Behavior Analysis courses at the University of North Texas. Michelle joined the ABA Spectrum team in August 2017.​ She earned her M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2023 from Ball State University.
    In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, cooking, and doing puzzles.

  • Diandra graduated from the University of Texas in 2015 with a B.S. in Communication Sciences and disorders. Her previous experience includes working as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) building language and communication skills for individuals with special needs in the clinic, preschool, and home-based setting for underserved communities. She enjoys working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and helping non-verbal individuals find alternative modes of communication so that they can communicate and express themselves.

    In 2022, Diandra obtained her Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Edward's University and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She is excited to continue to utilize a Verbal Behavior approach to build functional communication skills for her clients to help them increase independence in their daily lives and find their voice. Diandra joined the ABA Spectrum team in October of 2022. She enjoys using a play-based approach for all her client sessions and finds the most success by stepping into the child's world! During her free time, Diandra enjoys reading, watching reality TV (Bravoholic), and live music.

Angela Langford

  • Angela “Angie” is our Clinic Coordinator. If you call our clinic, you will see how delightful she is. Angie graduated high school and some college in Athens, Greece. This experience fostered in her a respect for diversity and a love for all people. She attended college at Southwest Texas State University (what we know as Texas State University - go Bobcats) majoring in Psychology.

    Angie spent 30 years working in brain injury rehabilitation filling a variety of roles from direct care to administrative responsibilities.

    Since then, she has worked in the field of ABA (6 years) in office management, which she says, “Holds a special place in my heart”.

    In her spare time, Angie likes to cook; read; and hang out with her grandkids, family, and friends.
